This page describes the information used by the current StructBar website and licensing service. For questions or requests about your information, contact support@structbar.xyz.

Website visits

This product website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and product images are hosted with the website. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.

Email sign-in and licensing

The licensing service uses your email address to send sign-in codes and identify your account. It records trial dates, entitlement and session information, and a hashed computer identifier to manage trial eligibility and available computer seats. It also processes request information for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Your drawings

The licensing service does not upload your AutoCAD drawings or drawing geometry. Your DWG files remain in the locations you choose.

Local credentials

The desktop plugin stores its cached session credentials on your computer using Windows Data Protection for your Windows account. Signing out releases the session and removes the remembered local identity.

Service providers

The public website is hosted on Vercel. The licensing service runs on Railway and sends email through Resend. These providers process information needed to supply their respective services.

Trial history and data requests

Trial eligibility is recorded on the server so reinstalling the plugin does not reset a trial. Contact support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. Some trial and security records may need to be retained to prevent repeated trial use or meet applicable obligations; support can explain what applies to your request.

Paid subscriptions

Online paid subscriptions are not enabled yet. Payment-related information will be described here when checkout becomes available.
